Jones has excellent finishing skills, and scored his first nine goals for Port Vale from just 19 shots
Jones was born in Sutton Coldfield and began his football career as a youngster with West Bromwich Albion at the age of 12.
He scored two goals in 17 games in the 2019–20season, which ended in relegation when the season was declared early with nine games left to play due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Scotland.
