Cobblers Past would like to thank Keith and Colin for there time and work at Northampton Town.
Keith came to Northampton in October 2018 with the Cobblers struggling in League Two. Keith and Colin did incredible work to keep us up and out of trouble in the 2018/19 season.
The following season which was cut short due to covid 19, the Cobblers managed to get trough to to the play offs due to the points per game system. Which meant the Cobblers would play Cheltenham in the league two play offs.
After a 2-0 loss in the first leg at the PTS Academy Stadium. The Cobblers took it to the Jonny Rocks stadium and turned it around to win the game 3-0. Which put the Cobblers through to Wembley to play Exeter.
Wembley saw Keith’s side beat Exeter a record breaking 4-0 and got promotion to League one.
In the summer Keith made a record sale of Charlie Goode to Brentford FC of the EFL Championship. It was believed the player was sold for an amount in the region of £1,000,000 which could rise to £1,500,000 with potential bonuses.
