The Northampton Town management team of manager Jon Brady, assistant manager Coilin Calderwood, first team coach Marc Richards and goalkeeping coach James Alger have all signed new rolling contracts with the club.
The club’s former youth team coach, Brady has been in charge of the Cobblers since February 2021 overseeing a marked improvement in results and performances. Former Scotland international Calderwood returned to the club in the summer of 2021, while Richards joined the coaching staff in the same year after scoring more than 60 goals for the club and coaching in the Northampton Town academy while James Alger returned to the club as goalkeeping coach after a spell at Coventry City having also been a Northampton Town academy coach.
